ECO Car Wash aims for complete customer satisfaction. This Refund Policy outlines our approach to refunds and service guarantees.

Service Satisfaction

If you are not satisfied with our service, please inform us immediately before leaving the premises. We will re-clean your vehicle at no additional charge.

Membership Refunds

Monthly memberships are non-refundable once the billing cycle has begun. You may cancel anytime, and cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

Prepaid Packages

Prepaid wash packages are refundable within 7 days of purchase if unused. Partially used packages are not eligible for refunds.

Damage Claims

Any claims for damage must be reported before leaving our facility. Claims reported after departure will not be honored.
